I have now completed my 3 day prayer, and I ask again for the Lord to bless me financially. Over the last 6 months it's been quite a struggle financially, I put alot on the line to help out 2 other people who I thought were friends, one was a mother of 4 that was homeless, and the other was a friend that I grew up and they both stab me in the back and I also lost my house to foreclosure. Now, I'm struggling, trying to cover so much ground - I would like to start my own business, I've worked so hard and have been working since I was 15 yrs old, I raised my 3 children alone, but also by

Thank you Lord for bestowing upon us the financial blessing we need. Our home and entire community was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in St. Bernard Parish, including every church. My husband's place of employment was also destroyed by the hurricane, leaving him unemployed. Not to mention that I'm on Social Security Disability for a long-term illness. This was the first home we worked so hard to obtain after over 20 years of marriage. We just remodeled the entire home and we had only been in our home for 2 years. While we are blessed that our lives were spared, losing everything has been overwhelming. Due to my illness, my physicians does not want me to return, as it would be detrimental to my health. We still had to maintain regular mortgage payments on the home along with all of our bills from our previous home and also was responsible for overwhelming apartment rental expenses. We made the payments until May, 2006 for the mortgage on the home but could no longer keep up with two house and all related expenses.I'm currently in a special foreberance period thru Jan 1. 2007.Since we could no longer keep up all payments, our home is now in a special foreberance thru Jan. 2007 Prior to Katrina, we had an excellent credit rating. Due to the circumstances we are faced with loss mitigation and possible foreclosure, our lender has decided to report our non-payments to the credit bureaus. They should not be allowed to do this since we experienced such a castrophic disaster and this was to allow us to become part of the special Mortgage Relief Program on our FHA loan as stated by the President. Although in order to become eligible for the program you must miss 4 monthly payments for mortgage relief. Also, many of our fellow Americans thru out the country don't understand how rental assistance works with FEMA. You must pay for the rent in advance over a 3 month period and then hope and PRAY that FEMA will reimburse us in a timely manner, We never dreamed that 15 months after the stom we would still be displaced and unable to move into another home. We need your help in getting a financial blessing. Our lives have been turned upside down and our days are filled with many bureaucratic problems in our effort to move forward with our lives. We need your help to save our home from foreclosure, finding employment for our family. Help us all to Thank you for listening and granting our financial blessing prayers.
